Pupils in the Junior School have had an amazing end of term treat this week with a whole week of activities on site, to round off what has often been a difficult year.
As well as a number of days away and residential trips, pupils have taken part in a rolling programme of activities including:
- Quoit making
- Musical theatre
- Cooking – the cheesecakes smelled AMAZING but it may take a while to get the Monte’s honey-based crispy crackle creations out of the carpet!
- Costume design
- Sublime Science
- Animal Experience – everyone enjoyed meeting the snake, hedgehog, lizards and owls… although getting Mowgli the lizard to wake up proved challenging!
- Tie dye
- Printing
- Tag rugby
- Tri golf
- Parachute games
- Hettie’s Hedgehogs
- Slime making
- Toy workshop
- Ultimate ballooning
- Our World Our Future workshop
Phew! Thank you to everyone for supporting the events – the children may need a relaxing weekend after all of the fun!
