Music

The St Chris Music Centre is a welcoming and creative space where pupils are encouraged to take part and where we enjoy making music together. It consists of teaching, practice and performance spaces set around a central courtyard.

There are many co-curricular opportunities for pupils including the School orchestra; jazz band; choir and other singing groups and a number of small ensembles for example our weekly string group.

A team of experienced instrumental teachers delivers a diverse range of individual lessons and is fully involved with many aspects of the School’s rich musical life. Lessons are offered in:
