Students got the opportunity to learn how to make Tortellini and Tortelloni from Enzo, a master pasta maker who has been at the company for 40 years. They also did a tour of the factory seeing filled pasta being made on an industrial scale. For lunch we sampled the different pasta’s that the factory makes – it was all delicious!
