Today parents enjoyed a tea and yoga session on the Junior School lawn in the sunshine. Parents practised Vinyasa, a form of yoga that focuses on the flow from one pose to another.

The sun was shining down on the Junior School lawn this morning as parents got into the flow of yoga. Archana ran the session and parents enjoyed a fruit platter and teas before they began their yoga practise. Lots of laughs were had as the group practised their balancing skills. Attendees found their “biting point” in the poses to push themselves as they tried new poses.

Thank you to all the parents that attended the session. We hope you found it beneficial to wind down before the half-term holiday commences!
