This week, the Junior School are focusing on Mental Health week. This morning, they welcomed Becky from Becky’s Little Yogis to practise mindfulness and yoga.

The pupils discussed how to ask for space, relationship dynamics, and looking after themselves as their first priority. Becky then practised a visualisation exercise with the students, encouraging them to go to a safe space, and then practised some yoga. The students were definitely very zen after their session and found the discussion around friendships particularly interesting. Tomorrow, pupils will be engaging in more yoga and mindfulness as we practise calmness and serenity before we go into the Half Term holiday!
