On Wednesday this week Year 7 & 8 pupils had a visiting speaker about online safety. Gareth, from SWGfL, encouraged us to consider what we can trust online and how to be critical about what is true. For example, he explained how fake social media accounts are used to gather personal information. Gareth also shared some essential information about online bullying and the law about behaviour on the internet. This talk links directly to our learning in PSHE this term.
