As part of their Sixth Form Community Service activities, students have been busy planting trees in the school grounds.
Six Upper Sixth students collaborated with six Junior School pupils to plant a mixture of carefully chosen deciduous saplings – ably helped by the St Chris Grounds Team and Lizzy.
Despite the cold, a great time was had by all, and the event concluded with a well-earned hot chocolate and reindeer biscuits. As well as providing habitat, hopefully the trees will be enjoyed by generations to come.
