Well played to our Year 10 netball team, captained by Thillana in Year 12. Everyone was committed to the cause and up for the challenge of the two matches against players from Years 11-13. It was a very strong performance in the first game vs HGS and, with some strong centre court play (Stella, Edie, Bertie), reliable shooting (Boo and Millie) and even stronger defence (Thillana and Maya), led to a well-deserved 14-12 victory. In the second game vs KJAR it was a little slower to get in the rhythm of the game but the girls picked up and, with a change of positions at half term, some great interceptions in defence after that and shooting back on point, we had a second win 12 – 1. Well played ladies!
