Our annual Bake Off kicked off this week with the Sixth From competing to bake the best biscuits. Teams were made up of a mix of Upper and Lower Sixth Students:
- Ben, Neve, Thillana and Maisy baked no less than four different types of biscuits: Biscoff cookies, Smarties cookies, peanut butter cookies and chocolate brownie cookies!
- Amy, Eleanor, Grace and Hana baked some very cute and beautifully decorated dinosaur orange shortbreads; and
- Zack and Ollie baked two different types of chocolate cookies accompanied with some hot chocolate and whipped cream
The teams worked brilliantly together and created some really delicious biscuits. The judging was very difficult as the standard was so high, but, after much deliberation it was decided that we would put two Sixth Form teams into the final … well done to Ollie and Zack; and Ben, Thillana, Maisy and Neve – we look forward to seeing you in the Grand Final!
