Students and staff today celebrated a strong set of GCSE results, with 41% of grades at 9 – 7, and 83% at grades 9 – 5.

Head of Senior School, Rich Jones, said: “Huge congratulations go to our students and staff who have worked so hard for these results over the past two years. Thanks also go to our students’ families for their support.

“Each child is so much more than their results, and we are so proud of all of our students and of the well-rounded, inquisitive and confident people they are and have become while at St Chris.”

Head, Emma-Kate Henry, said: “I am delighted that our students’ hard work has been recognised with these impressive results which will enable them to access their next steps.

“Our students have a healthy appetite for learning and enquiry, and are well equipped for the rigours of further academic study – they have also enjoyed our broad and stimulating curriculum which support and encourages them to follow their interests and passions.

“We are delighted that so many of them are staying at St Chris to access our vibrant Sixth Form and are taking up some of the new subjects we have introduced for September 2022: A levels in Philosophy, Economics and Politics, and a Level 3 Diploma in Food and Nutrition.”
