Yesterday was our annual Apple Day in the Junior School!

Each autumn pupils pick the apples in the School orchard before using a scratter and presser to juice them. They then bottle up the juice to sell to raise money for charity.

Despite the slightly damp weather, the children enjoyed using the equipment to create the juice with our youngest Nursery children entranced by the noises that H Group (Year 2) were getting the presser to make as part of the juicing process!

Everyone agreed that the juice tastes delicious…Thank you to everyone who bought a bottle at the end of the day!
