On Saturday boarders from our two boarding houses, Arundale and Arunside, went on a day trip to London to visit the London Eye. Luck was on their side as, despite a high cloud cover, conditions were crystal clear for a brilliant view over the city. When they dismounted their luck with the weather did run out, but at least the incoming rain ensured they had an authentic experience of the capital!
They ended their trip with a visit to Chinatown before heading home for nice warm dinner.
