Year 7 have just finished off their topic on reproduction in Helen O’s science lessons, and the last step was to understand how plants reproduce.
As a part of this they did a flower dissection! They used a variety of different flowers and talked about seed dispersion, looking for seeds in their gardens and on their daily exercise walks to decide whether they were dispersed by the wind or insects.
