Learning Support Assistant (Social, Emotional and Mental Health, Senior School) |

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Senior School Inclusive Learning team, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them to develop confidence, resilience and independence. You will work closely with pupils, teachers, families and other professionals to help pupils access learning and make the most of the opportunities available to them. We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to a named student with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). You will work closely with teaching staff and the Inclusion team to support the student's learning, development and inclusion in school life. You will play an important role in supporting the student to develop confidence, independence and a positive approach to learning.
