About the Role We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Assistant Head (Inclusive Learning and SENDCo) to lead the strategic development of SEND and Inclusion provision across the Junior and Senior School, including Arunfield, Specialist Resource Provision. Reporting directly to the Deputy Head and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead, manage and continuously enhance high-quality SEND and EAL provision across the school. You will champion inclusive practice, ensuring that every student with special educational needs and disabilities receives tailored support that enables them to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
