Boarding fees 2018/2019

Junior School, Senior School and Sixth Form boarding fees and extras.

Boarding fees are charged in advance.

Junior School

Weekly Boarding - Year 6 only (Sunday evening to Friday afternoon)
£6,650 per term

Senior School

Full Boarding (UK and overseas pupils)

£10,550 per term

Weekly Boarding (Sunday evening to Friday afternoon)
£8,225 per term

Parents resident overseas (outside EEA)

Sibling discount

An allowance of 2.5% of fees is given for second and subsequent children, where the other child/children attend the School as pupils in the Reception class ("K Group") or above. This stays in force as long as an elder brother or sister remains at the School.

Junior School

Years 6 (D Group)
£145 per term

Senior School

Year 7 (I Group)
£210 per term

Year 8 (II Group)
£245 per term

Year 9 (III Group)
£265 per term

Medical insurance

We require all students not normally resident in the UK or in possession of a European Health Insurance Card to be covered by private medical insurance.


Optional extras

Fees Refund Scheme

1% of fee. This is charged on an “opt-in” basis payable with the termly fee, please contact the finance office if you would like further information or to take part in the scheme.

Individual tuition

This is charged as an extra by arrangement with individual parents.

Terms and conditions

These charges should be read in conjunction with the current Terms and Conditions issued by the school.

Settlement of accounts

The due date for settlement of accounts is on or before the first day of each term. Accounts outstanding seven days after the due date attract interest at the rate of 3% above the base rate of Barclays Bank PLC. Information on monthly payment schemes is available from the Bursar on request.
