‘Be Green’ in the Junior and Senior School’s are running ‘Rhubarb Fest’ this April and May! This involves lots of rhubarb picking across all year groups. If you would like to try some St Chris rhubarb, sticks will be ready to pick up outside the school, for as long as it is available. You could also use tried and tested recipes (see below) for rhubarb crumble, rhubarb fool, or for the over 18s… rhubarb gin (recipes attached)!
