The St Chris boarders enjoyed a trip to Herrings Green Activity Farm on Saturday for a chance to meet and fly some birds of prey.
It was incredible to see the birds flying on what was a very windy day, and to find out lots of facts about the different types of birds that we met…
Top owl fact – their ears are at different levels on either side of their head so their amazing hearing can help locate their prey.
The boarders then warmed up with pizza and a trip to Bedford.
