Congratulations to the swimmers who represented St Chris at last week’s North Herts Swimming Gala.
They all did incredibly well, especially as the majority haven’t swum competitively for the School or in any gala for at least two years. Some swimmers helped out the team by swimming a different stroke than they would usually, or swam extra races to help each other out! (Maya and Penny!)
Notable mention goes to the Junior Boys (Theo, Felix, Tom, Dillon) who earned silver medals in the Medley Relay; and to to the inter Boys (Harry, Raff, Jamie and Luke) for getting bronze medals in both the Freestyle and Medley relays.
Well done also to Raff, who earned bronze in his 50m Inter Breaststroke, Luke who earned bronze in his 50m Inter Freestyle and a huge congratulations to Theo Smith for winning GOLD in his 50m breaststroke…the fastest breaststroker in Stevenage and North Herts – look out Adam Peaty!!
