Year 5 (E Group) gathered fruits and seeds at Lydia’s Eco-house this week.
They were particularly looking at the life cycle of flowering plants, when and how they produce seeds and how their seeds are dispersed.
They discovered that some seeds were blown by the wind, some stuck to you as you passed by, and some were attractive for birds and animals to eat – even humans like us.  The lovely red raspberries were particularly delicious!
