In these current times, children and young people’s mental health has never been more important.  Next week, all students across the school will be taking part in activities to support Children’s Mental Health Week.

This year’s theme is Express Yourselfand we are encouraging students, staff (and parents) to explore the different ways in which we can express ourselves, and the creative ways that we can share our feelings, thoughts and ideas.

To launch the week, we are asking students, staff (and parents again!) to Dress to Impress! Even though no-one is going out anywhere (!), we’d like you to dress up in your favourite or most colourful outfit, or the outfit that best expresses your personality on at least one day next week. If you are happy to share your outfit with the St Chris community, please send in your photos to rhiannon.butlin@stchris.co.uk

If you wish to continue the discussion at home please visit www.childrensmentalhealthweek.org.uk where you will find resources and ideas to help.
