This week saw Year 10 (IV Group) taking part in the St Chris Bake Off. Their task was to bake the best bread. We were so impressed with the high-level skills that students showed us.
Hot cross buns; Christmas spiced garland bread with freshly made strawberry jam; garlic bread and brioche with a chocolate dip were all produced within the 1hr time limit.
After much deliberation it was decided that Kate’s Company who baked the hot cross buns should win. Well done!
