Guidance for Coming to School

Staying COVID-19 Safe on Results Day – Protocols for students and parents for collection of results in person

Students may arrive in school from 8am on A Level results day (13 August)

Social distancing of 2 metres should be maintained at all times. Please follow the signage around the campus.

All visitors must use the hand sanitiser stations on entering the school site and on leaving.

Unless an appointment with a member of staff has been made, parents will not be allowed onto the school site but must remain outside the entrance gates/doors.

If parents would like an appointment to discuss results in person with a member of staff, please telephone the School on 01462 650850 on the day of the results and request to be put through to the staff room and an appointment can be made. There is no need to make an appointment before results day as several members of senior staff will be around and able to meet with you.

If the appointment takes place in a meeting room or office a suitable face covering/mask must be worn – please ensure to bring one with you to the appointment.

Please note that results slips from the exam boards will be printed off internally and handled by staff wearing appropriate PPE (gloves and masks).
