Sixth Form pupils and staff at are today celebrating a strong set of A-level results with 52% of grades at A* to B, and 73% of grades A* to C.

Pupils have secured places on courses at universities including Bristol; University College London; Exeter; Leeds; SOAS; Nottingham; University of the Arts London; Kings College London; Southampton; Leicester and Bath.

Head, Richard Palmer, said:  “We are extremely proud of all of our pupils who have worked hard over the last two years to achieve this strong set of results. There were a number of outstanding academic performances and with pupils achieving A*s and As in all their subjects, however we are as equally proud of all of our pupils who have worked hard to achieve their grades.

“While pupils need good grades and strong academic attainment to access their chosen next step after school, they also need something arguably more important too. They need a core confidence in themselves as young people, and a sense of their own worth and responsibility. I am proud that all of our pupils take that with them as they leave St Chris and head to their next destinations.”
