This week the whole school – from the Nursery to the Upper Sixth (plus staff!) – took part in sign2sing 2017.
sign2sing is an annual event for young people which raises essential funds to help vulnerable Deaf children and adults. It is a fun, musical introduction to learning sign language.
Students spent the past few weeks learning a specially written song with simple signs.
On Thursday students from the Nursery and Junior School gave their performance, and on Friday the Senior School took part. A video of the whole event is being put together and will be available after half term.
We also ran a cake sale on Tuesday to raise money for the Deaf Health Charity SignHealth.
