II Group Art

On the II Group Art Day last Thursday, we were very fortunate to have Leigh Hodgkinson working with our students on their children’s picture book project.  Leigh is an author, illustrator and film-maker, probably best known for her work as art director on the BAFTA-award winning animated series of ‘Charlie and Lola’.

Ready, Set, GO!

Term has got off to a flying start. The V Gp, LVI and UVI have hit the ground running, as they needed to with study leave and public examinations looming! The Junior School too is a hive of activity celebrating 'Olympic Week' with a whole range of activities. Year 9's are preparing for the Round Square adventure race in a couple of week's time and the boarders are planning for their outdoor pursuits weekend to North Wales. Added to this we are all gearing up for open morning this Saturday from 9.30 - 1pm. Do come and find out more!

St Chris has got talent!

This morning saw the last of the heats for this year's 'St Chris's got talent' competition.

There have been some great acts all week showcasing in Morning talk and tomorrow the votes are cast in Companies. The winner will be announced in the final morning talk on Friday.

Junior School Open Afternoon

This afternoon is Open Afternoon in the Junior School where prospective parents can meet and see the work of children from Y1 - Y6. There will also be the opportunity to get a sneak preview of the new Early Years Centre for children of Nursery and Reception age. The Open Afternoon starts at 13:30 and ends at 15:15. There's no need to book, just come along!
